Guided by Executive Owner/Chef Samuel Thomas and General Owner/Manager Richard Hanlon, the Zest team brings over a decade of experience. Samuel, Richard, and their team have become the go-to caterers for top productions in the entertainment industry, including Disney and Marvel.
With multiple specialist mobile kitchen setups and supporting vehicles, Zest is equipped to cater to any location, serving from 75 to 1500 cast and crew daily. We boast multiple units and aim to satisfy all needs of any production.

All of our food packaging is ethically sourced and comprises biodegradable 'veg ware.' This innovative product is made from plants using renewable, low carbon, recycled, or reclaimed materials. Designed to be commercially compostable along with food waste, it allows for a sustainable end-of-life disposal.
Sustainable Practice
We prioritize sustainable food sourcing. We carefully choose our food sources with a focus on minimizing our environmental impact. Whenever feasible, we opt for local suppliers to reduce our carbon footprint. Additionally, we support Fairtrade-certified companies in our sourcing practices.
We are committed to offering diverse menu options that cater to different dietary preferences. By always including vegetarian and vegan choices on our daily menus, we actively contribute to reducing the carbon footprint associated with meat production.
Reducing Waste
To ensure that excess meals do not go to waste, we proudly donate surplus meals to various local charities. By partnering with this organization, we contribute to helping the homeless by providing them with nourishing meals that would otherwise have been discarded.
